Blackwater Cares’ Annual Back-To-School Community Event is right around the corner!!

This year is a little different as they have a new location! Be sure and join them for all your back to school needs at Fairview Community Center on Saturday, July 25th from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. ALL are welcome and EVERYTHING is FREE!!!
