The Papa Joe Smiddy Mountain Music Festival returns to Natural Tunnel State Park on Aug. 31. 
This special event is a celebration of Appalachian music and honors beloved musician, educator and entertainer Dr. Joseph C. “Papa Joe” Smiddy.
