JAM Summit @ Emory & Henry University

July 11 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Junior Appalachian Musicians (JAM), as the parent organization for 60+ “JAM” programs for kids in Central & Southern Appalachia, has partnered with Emory & Henry University to host our second-ever “JAM Summit” conference this summer. As part of this event, we are having four major performers from across the region’s traditions of bluegrass, Americana, old time, blues, gospel, and songwriting perform on Friday evening, July 11, at the. McGlothlin Center for the Arts, on campus at Emory & Henry. We are super excited to have Tim Stafford, Wayne C. Henderson & Friends, Justin Golden, and The Wilder Flower.
This concert will be open to the public as a fundraiser to support JAM, although any JAM kids and one parent will be provided with complimentary tickets.
However, we need your help in securing some additional sponsors for the concert. As JAM continues to serve its mission in the Washington & Smyth County area specifically, we hope this is a great opportunity for visibility for your business. Please forward this along to anyone you know who supports traditional music education for kids, or anyone who just wants to enjoy some great music in July.
