Whether you’re joining us on the trail, following the AX relay online, viewing the living history demonstrations, or listening to author and historian Randell Jones tell the story of Boone’s epic crossing, you are part of a powerful story 250 years in the making.

If you plan to hike to the Visitor Center with the AX on Saturday, May 10, please arrange transportation back to your vehicle in advance. If you plan to hike back to your vehicle once the event is over, be prepared with flashlights.
