Beef Quality Assurance Certification

The Lee County Livestock Association and the Lee County Extension Office will be holding a chute side Beef Quality Assurance Training on Monday, October 6th at 6:00 pm! This event is free for LCLA members and $10 for non-members for the meal. The meeting is taking place at John Cheek’s farm at 488 Turkey Tracks Dr., Pennington Gap, VA. Beef Quality Assurance is a national program and provides guidelines that are designed to raise beef in a humane and safe manner for consumers.
