📢 Public Hearing Notice – New Hotel Access Road 📢

The Town of Pennington Gap will hold a public hearing regarding the right-of-way for a new access road on East Morgan Avenue Across from Industrial Drive. This road will serve the new hotel development planned for Pennington Gap.
Although the Town owns the property, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) requires a public hearing as part of the grant funding process.
