Weber City Police Officer Nathan Kennedy

According to a Press Release from the Scott County Sheriff's Office, they received a complaint that a juvenile had been slammed on his head numerous times by a law enforcement deputy. After an internal investigation, which included interviewing the victim and several witnesses, the deputy was cleared of any wrongdoings on his part.
The juvenile had a concussion, bruises and scrapes from the alleged incidence which involved "slamming" his head into a hallway. The Scott County Sheriff's office charged  Weber City Police Officer Nathan Kennedy with Excessive Force and an additional charge of Obstruction of Justice. Kennedy is free on bond at this time. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges or arrests of individuals may be possible.
