Thomas Gene Gross of Norton Sentenced

He was accused of hitting, pushing, and strangling a woman that he had kept locked inside his Norton residence. The victim related to the police how Gross had blocked doorways to prevent her escaped, and took her cell phone so that she couldn’t call for help, going on to add that he had threatened to kill her if the police showed up or even if he were jailed.
All of this took place last August 12th, and lasted roughly eight days, in the same home they had share for three years. After serving three years in state prison, Gross will then need to complete seven years of probations with three years to be supervised by the court.
