Supreme Court of Virginia Extends Judicial Emergency

In their tenth order extending Declaration of Judicial Emergency in response to the COVID19 Pandemic. Under the constitutional, statutory, and inherent authority of the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Court extended the Declaration of Judicial Emergency through October 11,2020 and further ordered that the provisions of the Ninth Order extending Declaration of Judicial emergency in Response to the COVID19 Pandemic, that was entered on August 20,2020, shall continue to apply in all courts of the Commonwealth for the duration of this Order unless amended by future order.
