Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park Lunch on the Lawn Series

Just up the road, the Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park will begin their Lunch on the Lawn program this coming Friday, July 3rd, 2020 at twelve noon. This kickoff Lunch will feature returning performer Richard Phillips, a local singer, songwriter and acoustic musician. Phillips has performed at the Natural Tunnel’s Lighting of the Tunnel and also its Candlelight program, along with previous performances at Lunch on the Lawn, Mountain Empire Community College Home Craft Days and more for the last twenty-five years.
Remember the Lunch on the Lawn program is open to the public and free of charge. Visitors may bring their own lunch if they choose to. Those who choose not to bring their own food will be happy to know that a food truck will be on hand offering tacos, taco salads, hot dogs, wings and many other items available on their menu.
