Scott County Structure Fire Ends in Arrests

Recently a Scott County Deputy was dispatched to a structure fire. When he arrived on Scene he spoke with a male subject identified as Randall Bledsoe. Mr. Bledsoe advised when he went into his building at around 0100 he began to smell smoke. He then noticed that his trailer was on fire. Mr. Bledsoe attempted to put out the fire with a hose. While attempting to put the fire out he notice a bag of trash that was place under his trailer that was set on fire.
Once the fire department extinguished the fire he showed the Deputy where the fire had started. While inside the trailer, the Deputy noticed in plain view, a rifle, several pipes, a bong, and a bag that appeared to be meth. Dispatch advised the Deputy that Mr. Bledsoe was a convicted felon and was wanted out of Wise County on a capias.
During this time a female exited the woods identified as Janette Bishop. Bishop told the Deputy that she was the one who set the trailer on fire because of what Bledsoe did to her. She was placed under arrest for Arson.
