The Virginia Department of Transportation and the Board of Supervisors of Scott County will hold a public hearing tomorrow morning to receive public comment on the proposed Secondary Six Year Plan and Secondary System Construction Budget. The documents are available for review at V-DOT’s District Office in Bristol and the County Administrator’s Office in Gate City. The Public Hearing is at 8:30 am in the Scott County Administration Building.
