A traffic stop that occurred on Sunday has led to the arrest of a Lee County man and the seizure of illegal drugs and paraphernalia.
Lee County Sheriff Gary Parsons reports that Deputy Chad Rouse was patrolling on Kentucky Street in Pennington Gap when he observed a white Dodge truck with a brake light out. Deputy Rouse then affected a stop on the vehicle. Upon approaching the vehicle he observed the strong odor of marijuana.

Sheriff Parsons said that once inside the vehicle they found a container with two bags of meth, a large bag of Marijuana, scales, assorted pills, empty baggies and a measuring spoon.
Roger Hall was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of a Schedule II and Schedule IV narcotic.
