RAM Event This Weekend at Lee High School

Remote Area Medical is holding another free RAM Medical Clinic event this weekend on Saturday September 22 and Sunday September 23rd in Lee County. Located at Lee High School in Jonesville for this event with reminders that no pets are allowed other than service animals, and no pain medication prescriptions will be issued during this tobacco free event.
The parking lot will be opened by Friday September 21st at midnight, with ticket distribution to begin at 3:00 a.m. on a first come first serve basis. The clinic doors will open at 6:00 a.m. both days.
This is your opportunity to get free high quality vision, dental and medical services locally. No insurance or identification is required for this free public event. Professional volunteers are still needed and you do not need to have an active Virginia License to participate.
Take advantage of this opportunity to get dental cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Eye care services offered will be eye exams, glaucoma testing, diabetic retinopathy screening and eyeglass prescriptions. To speed the eye glass process, please take your current eye glass prescription of less than a year old to avoid the wait for an eye exam.
Some of the specialized medical care available are EKGs, breathing tests, diabetes screening and education, chest x-rays, medication assistance, pediatric exams, physical exams, pap smears, hepatitis and HIV screening, sports physicals and skin screenings.
