An individual from Middlesboro were arrested on drug charges.
Jason L. Schooler, 28 is charged with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest and two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
Schooler fled from police after a large substance was found on him and he allegedly fled in front of a vehicle on KY 441.
The substance found on Schooler was 3.5 mg of meth and also was one packed for resale in his possession.
Schooler was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
Another individual arrested was Jessie James Fuson Jr., 31, of Middlesboro, was arrested on theft and drug charges after he allegedly attempted to steal items from Walmart.
Fuson stole $603.69 of mechandise from Walmart, and three ingredients were used for the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
Fuson claimed he was stealing the merchandise because he was on drugs.
Fuson was arrested by Middlesboro Officer Floyd Patterson and was lodged at the detention center.
