Lee county sheriff’s report

Total calls received  by Lee County Dispatch Office 8,048.

Total calls received, deputies  responded to 1,732.

There were 206 calls dispatched to  the Fire Warden, Conservation Officer, V.D.O.T., Juvenile Services, Department  of Social Services, Animal Control,  State Police and the Towns of Jonesville  and Pennington Gap Police Departments.

There were 192 rescue squad calls  and 4 ambulance calls.

There were 21 fire department calls dispatched.

Deputies escorted 13 funerals.

Deputies unlocked 45 vehicles for the citizens.

Deputies served 67 felony and misdemeanor warrants, 110 Subpoenas, 20 show cause summons and 132 civil papers  for the three Lee County Courts.  Deputies served 34 protective orders.

Deputies processed 46 people on 67 charges.

Lee County Sheriff's Office Executed 1 search warrant.

Deputies traveled a total of 46,927 miles with 683 miles being on  transports.

Deputies transported 1 juvenile, 2 mental health patients, and 1 prisoner from other jurisdiction.

Inmates from the Regional Jail along with Deputies picked up 116 bags of trash from Lee County roadways. 

The Lee County Sheriff's Office Reserve Officers worked a total of 80 Community Volunteer hours this month.
