Lee County Sheriff’s Office Press Release on Jennifer Woods, Chris Wilder and Nicholas Schoepp

An early Wednesday morning search warrant in the Rosehill section of Lee County has led to the arrest of three individuals and the seizure of drugs and paraphernalia.

Lee County Sheriff Gary Parsons reports that Deputy Jeff Smith received information of illegal drugs being distributed at the residence of Jennifer Woods on Dr. Thomas Walker Road of Rosehill Virginia. Based on that information along with further investigation, Deputy Smith obtained a search warrant for the residence.

Sheriff Parsons said that once inside the residence officers discovered a total of 28.87 grams of methamphetamine. Some in one part of the house, and the other in a room where 35 year old Chris Wilder of Thistle Drive in Ewing, and 20 year old Nicholas Schoepp of the residence had locked themselves inside.

According to Parsons, Officers also found Suboxone pills and strips along with scales and baggies synonymous with illegal drug distribution.

Parsons said that Woods along with Wilder and Schoepp were all charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.

Parsons commended the excellent work done by Smith and the officers who assisted on the search, Lt. Deputy Todd Jones, Deputy Mark Vanhuss, Deputy Ty Taylor and Deputy Mason Cook.
