Lee County Deputies Search Warrant Leads to Arrests

In today’s local news Deputy Chad Rouse received information concerning possible drug activity being conducted in Keokee, Virginia. After obtaining a search warrant, they conducted a search a short time later at the residence in question.
Meghan Kiser of Keokee and Morgan McMahan also of Keokee, were both inside the residence at the time of the search warrant. Lee County officers were able to locate over four thousand dollars in cash, approximately thirteen grams of Methamphetamine, digital scales, marijuana, baggies used for distribution of narcotics and syringes.
Meghan Kiser, age 33 of Post Office Road in Keokee, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Marijuana.
Morgan McMahan, age 28, of Post Office Road in Keokee, was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute.
At the time of this report, both are being held at the Duffield Regional Jail without bond.
Sheriff Parsons commended Officer Chad Rouse, Lt. Todd Jones, Sgt. Mason Cook with K9 partner Lolek, Deputy Jeff Smith, Deputy Meridith Brooks, and investigators of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for another job well done.
