Lee County Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearings Tonight at 5pm

The Lee County Board of Zoning Appeals hold conduct four Public Hearings this evening (Tuesday, April 3rd 2018) beginning at 5pm in the Second Floor Conference Room (Room 208) of the Lee County Courthouse located in Jonesville. The intended purpose of the hearings is garner public opinion on pending requests.
An application for a Variance to allow a singlewide manufactured home to be placed on a parcel of land located in the Middle Wallens Creek community with an existing doublewide has been filed by Krista Collins.
Aubrey Stapleton has applied for a Variance that would allow a doublewide manufactured home in an R-1 Single Family Residential District that is located in the Woodway community that consists of .50 (five tenths) of an acre.
A Variance application has been filed by Ashley Napier to allow a doublewide manufactured home in an R-1 Single Family Residential District that is located in the Woodway community on roughly one acre of land on the right side of Skin Pennington Drive.
Jerry Murphree has also applied for a Variance that would allow a singlewide manufactured home to be placed on a parcel of land with an existing singlewide. Located in an A-1 Agricultural District and consists of six plus acres.
