Lee County Board of Supervisor’s Press Release

In today’s local news from the most recent Press Release out of the Lee County Board of Supervisor’s Office;
In response to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, all Lee County Courthouse offices and the Voter Registrar’s office will be closed to the public until April 6th, 2020. All employees will continue to report to work during their normal work hours and will be available by phone and email to assist the public. Any citizen needing assistance should call the office with whom they wish to do business. If you do not know the correct number, call 276-346-7714 for guidance. If the service you are requesting is determined to require entry to the building, you will be met at the main entrance to the Courthouse and directed to the appropriate office.
We regret the need for this action, but are following recommendations of the Governor and state health officials. This closure will be evaluated by the Board of Supervisors to determine if the Courthouse will reopen to the public or remain closed beyond April 6th, 2020.
