Virginia Delegate Terry Kilgore met with 4-H groups from the area, yesterday. It was 4-H Lobby Day in Richmond. Elizabeth Rasnic, Jessica Harless, Kaitlyn Harless, Chelsea Rasnic and Sheilia Belcher represented Lee County. Kilgore says he enjoyed visiting with the 1st District constituents and appreciates the staff and volunteers who work with youth, accomplishing the primary mission of 4-H, which is to develop confident leaders. 4-H is an education program of Virginia Cooperative Extension.
