KY State Trooper Injured in On-Foot Pursuit

A Harlan woman was arrested Monday morning after an on-foot pursuit Sunday night left a Kentucky State Police Officer in the hospital. Trooper Josh Messer sustained a broken leg while pursuing Paula Foley and another suspect, after the pair ran through a road block at Blackmont. The occupants wrecked their truck in a ditch line and fled on foot, prompting Messer to follow and sustain the injury. Foley was arrested Monday morning on multiple charges:
