Jonesville Town Council Meeting

At their last regularly scheduled monthly meeting, the Jonesville Town Council voted and approved the closure of an unimproved length of roadway on Milborn Street. This three hundred foot length of closure was given positive approval by some property owners during the Public Hearing held just before the meeting.
Mike Twigg, Jonesville Volunteer Fire Department Chief, sought and was granted approval for the department to haul and fill swimming pools as a training exercise and fund raising source. Approval was given at a cost of $15 per one thousand gallons, allowing the cost of hauling and pumping to be determined by the Fire Department.
