Jonathan Dale Clark & Three Others Arrested by Pennington Gap Police Department

According to a police report issued by the Pennington Gap Police Department, on May 9th, Sgt. Nathan Kennedy performed a traffic stop on Joslyn Ave in Pennington Gap. The driver was identified as Jonathan Dale Clark age 28, whom Sgt Kennedy knew to have a suspended license. Sgt. Kennedy place Clark under arrest and while searching him found a plastic bag containing methamphetamine. During a subsequent search of the vehicle Sgt Kennedy found a white box containing three more bags of methamphetamine, scales and plastic bags used for distributing methamphetamine, and a bag of syringes. Sgt Kennedy arrested Clark for driving suspended third offense, Possession of Schedule 2 Narcotic with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Paraphernalia .
The vehicle also had three passengers that were also arrested. Michael Anthony Thacker age 39, was arrested and charged with Possession of Schedule 2 Narcotic with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Paraphernalia. Jessica Denise Cox age 34, was arrested and charged with Possession of Schedule 2 Narcotic with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Paraphernalia. Paige Faith Henley age 29, was arrested and charged with Possession of Schedule 2 Narcotic with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Sheriff Gary Parsons also acknowledged Officer Tracey Parker and Deputy Chad Rouse for their assistance. All four suspects are being held without bond.
