Help ACADA Help Our Elderly & Low Income Residents

The Appalachian Community Action and Development Agency is still accepting donations for the Lee County Personal Care and Hygiene Program. This program benefits low income and elderly citizens in Lee County.
Some of the necessary items this program needs include toilet paper, tissues, bleach, skin lotions, other laundry items like detergents, fabric softeners, stain remover etc. Personal use items like toothbrushes, tooth pastes, mouth wash, shampoo, conditioner, deodorants, denture cleaners, feminine products etc.
Appalachian Community Action and Development would like to encourage all local organizations, businesses, churches, school groups and individuals to participate and help those in our community that may be struggling to purchase these basic items without our help. Donations can be dropped off at the Appalachian Community Action and Development office in Jonesville located at 119 Hill street in Jonesville.
