The Lee High General boys’ basketball team came up just a little short on Saturday evening in their bid to win their first Region D Championship.  Both teams knew each other well as this was the 5^th meeting between these two teams this season.  The game was close going into the fourth quarter and a late injury to Tyler Maggard helped the Blue Devils pull away in the end.  Congratulations to the Lee High Generals on their first trip to the State Tournament.  They will have to travel to the Salem Civic Center next week to take on the Region C Champions.
