Members of the Southwest Virginia delegation will be back in Richmond, because the General Assembly has still not reached an agreement on the budget. Delegates and Senators who are on the budget committees began a special session of the General Assembly, yesterday. The full roster of legislators will return for a vote, once they strike a deal. During the special session, each representative gets paid mileage for a trip home once per week and a per diem of 200.
