Former Norton supervisor indicted

A former supervisor with the City of Norton's Parks and Recreation Department has been indicted by a federal grand jury.

Michael Todd Lintz is accused of giving false testimony to bond women out of jail, supposedly for community service work.

He is also charged with coercing two of them to engage in sexual activity with him. The indictment says Lintz told them to falsely claim community service work hours.

Lintz is expected to appear in federal court in Abingdon for arraignment Thursday.
