Lee County Sheriff's Office December 2014 report

Total calls received  by Lee County Dispatch Office 6,707.

Total calls received, deputies  responded to 891.

There were 354 calls dispatched to  the Fire Warden, Conservation Officer, V.D.O.T., Juvenile Services, Department  of Social Services, Animal Control,  State Police and the Towns of Jonesville  and Pennington Gap Police Departments.

There were 172 rescue squad calls  and 13 ambulance calls.

There were 16 fire department calls dispatched.

Deputies escorted 16 funerals.

Deputies unlocked 85 vehicles for the citizens.

Deputies served 153 felony and misdemeanor warrants, 201 Subpoenas, 233 show cause summons and 191 civil papers  for the three Lee County Courts.  Deputies served 15 protective orders.

Deputies processed 81 people on 153 charges.

Lee County Sheriff's Office Executed 1 search warrant.

Deputies traveled a total of 65,420 miles with 1,615 miles being on  transports.

Deputies transported 2 juveniles, 8 mental health patients, and 2 prisoners from other jurisdictions.

Inmates from the Regional Jail along with Deputies picked up 167 bags of trash from Lee County roadways. 

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office  Reserve Officer’s worked a total of 96 community volunteer hours this month.
