It’s been a tough holiday weekend for ATV riders. Two people have been killed in crashes in Harlan County. 45 year old David Baldwin lost control of his vehicle on Kentucky 179, on the Cumberland side of Slope Hollow. He ran off the roadway, struck a cliff and was ejected. He was not wearing a helmet. Friday, 18 year old James Parker died in a crash.
