Commonwealth’s Attorney H. Fuller Cridlin on Phillip Ray Warner Conviction

According to the latest Press Release from Lee County Commonwealth’s Attorney H. Fuller Cridlin earlier this week  concerning the case of Phillip Ray Warner:
Cridlin stated, “Phillip Ray Warner, of Pennington Gap, Va, was sentenced  today in the Lee County Circuit Court to serve a total of ten years in the Virginia State Penitentiary for the distribution of 1.54 grams of methamphetamine. This term of active incarceration will be followed by an indefinite period of supervised probation.
This case was the result of a collaborative effort between my office, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Southwest Virginia Drug Task Force. I commend the efforts of all law enforcement officers involved in both the investigation of this matter. The distribution of methamphetamine, even in small amounts, makes our community less safe. We will continue to prosecute all such cases very aggressively.”
