Recently a federal judge granted an injunction to stop Virginia's DMV from enforcing a law which requires automatic license suspensions for anyone failing to pay court ordered fines. U.S. District Judge Norman Moon ordered DMV Commissioner Rick Holcomb to remove the suspensions on three plaintiff's drivers license and to reinstate their driving privelege.
