Two brothers from Coeburn, VA are being charged for conspiring to rob a store.

Vikram Pathak and Niraj Pathak asked some men who they did not know were undercover agents to wear masks and rob the America Mart Number 5 store in Coeburn.

Police believe Pathak's actually run the store and were attempting to become victims of a violent crime because their work visas had expired.

Both men are being held at the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail.
