The fastest half mile in motorsports may be making some changes. Bristol Motor Speedway officials plan to announce their plans this morning at 11:00.BMS announced shortly after the spring races that changes are coming to the track surface.Track owner Bruton Smith, General Manager Jerry Caldwell and NASCAR legend Darrell Waltrip will be there for the announcement.
