Brian D. Hall of Rogersville Facing Multiple Charges

The Scott County Sheriff’s Office say that when a deputy attempted to stop a car for a loud exhaust, the driver took off north along US 23 rather than stopping. Reaching speeds in excess of 80mph, investigators state the suspect also ran a red light during the pursuit. Officers in Wise County deployed spike strips and brought the chase to an end.
The driver, identified by Scott County Authorities was Brian D. Hall of Rogersville, who informed police that he fled because he didn’t have a driver’s license. Deputies also verified that the vehicle wasn’t registered and had no insurance.
A search of the vehicle by deputies located a spoon, pipe, and syringe. Hall is reported to have informed them that the pipe contained residue from meth and marijuana. At this time Hall is facing several charges including Driving Without a License, Felony Eluding, Drug Possession, having a Concealed Weapon.
