Two men from Winchester, Kentucky were arrested by the Southwest Virginia Drug Task Force. Police say 38 year old Gordon Daniels and 61 year old William Spicer are involved in the ongoing sale of oxycodone into Big Stone Gap and Wise County. Police have been tracking the trafficking of Roxicet over three months time. Daniels was charged with distribution of Schedule II drugs. Spicer was charged with conspiracy to distribute Schedule II drugs, operating out of a room in the Motel 8 in Norton. They’re both being held in the regional jail in Duffield with no bond.
