Angel M Gomez Arrested

A Scott County Deputy conducted a traffic stop near Food Lion. The driver known as Angel M Gomez had a defective tag light and was observed swerving between lanes. The Deputy noticed a box behind the driver’s seat for digital scales. Gomez advised the deputy that it wasn’t hers. In the driver’s door was a key chain which contained 8 baggies of Methamphetamine. Total estimated amount was 3 grams. In a cigarette pack was a baggie containing Subutex. In a passenger seat bag was some Marijuana and 2 sets of digital scales, several syringes, BB Gun/Pistol. Also Gomez had $75 in cash.
Gomez was placed under arrest and charged with Schedule I/II Possession with Intent to Manufacture/Sell/Distribute. Schedule III drug PWID Not Steroid, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell/Give/Distribute of less than ½ ounce and Possession of Controlled Paraphernalia.
