American Trucking Association Considering Lawsuit

As a result of the legislation proposing tolls to be collected on Interstate 81, the American Trucking Associating has announced they are considering filing a lawsuit again the State of Virginia. The proposed toll if passed would charge commercial trucks at .17 a mile and wouldn’t offer annual passes to truckers.
