Adam Michael Pendergrapht (sic) & Victoria Nicole Parsons Apprehended in Lee County

According to the latest Press Release from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, a Monday morning traffic stop in the Rosehill section of Lee County has led to two arrests and the seizure of a substantial amount of illegal drugs.
Lee County Sheriff Gary Parsons reports that while on routine patrol Deputy Jeff Smith observed a vehicle run a stop sign. Deputy Smith then stopped the vehicle. Upon approaching the vehicle he observed a needle lying in the lap of the driver, 30 year old Adam Michael Pendergrapht (sic) of Pennington Gap.
Parsons said further investigation revealed that Pendergrapht (sic) had a baggie of crystal meth in his pocket. Deputy Smith then questioned the passenger of the vehicle, 30 year old Victoria Nicole Parsons of Pennington Gap. Parsons told the Deputy that there were three more baggies of meth in the vehicle, one of which was in her purse. A further search of the female at the Sheriff’s office found an additional 30 grams of meth along with a smoking pipe on her person.
According to Parsons, in all, the vehicle search revealed 40 grams of meth, marijuana, scales, baggies, needles, grinder and material used in and for the manufacture of meth. Both individuals were charged with Possession of Precursors to Manufacture meth, Possession with Intent to Distribute meth, Possession of Marijuana and Conspiracy on each charge. Pendergrapht (sic) was also charged with Driving Under the Influence, refusal to take a blood test, and third offense Driving Suspended. Both are being held in the Duffield Regional Jail without bond.
Sheriff Parsons commended the good work of Deputy Smith in being observant and laying another blow against one of the worst problems in our community, the meth epidemic.
